Record your meeting: good to know

Recording your meeting is not difficult. It is good however to keep the following in mind.

Privacy

• Recording a meeting in a way that it is not noticed by the other participants is not possible. At the Control Panel each participant can see whether the meeting is recorded or not.
• Meetings are recorded only at your request.
• You can delete your recording from the newConference system any time you want.

Facts

• Your recording is ready for download only 5 minutes after your conference call was finished.
• Your recording is saved for seven days.
• Recording a second meeting using the same phone line and conference code will erase the recording of your first meeting.
